I had created the short film Archie based upon the legend of Archimedes during the siege of Syracuse in 214 B.C.. When the film was completed I browsed the world for music that would fit the circumstances that faced Archie in his battle for justice. When I heard the first chords that Jampius ripped into "The Triumph of Obvious" I felt the inspiration and emotion that I was trying to bring to life within Archie come alive. The title was eerily befitting for Archie's triumph of justice within the film as if Jampius had created it specifically with Archie in mind. The many comments that I have received about the film have mostly been what a fine soundtrack was created for it. As Archie was the very first film that I ever made, I have learned much from the experience and hope to improve upon the effort with new work in the coming year. Thank you Jampius for allowing my work to shine in your spotlight.
