What an indulgent treat! These pancakes are made with coconut milk, bananas and egg whites whipped to stiff peaks. In between the layers of pancakes you'll find creme fraiche and banana slices. On top, caramel sauce drizzles down the sides and into the plate and the whole dish is sprinkled with shredded coconut and icing sugar.
