I've tried to get Girl Scout cookies for a while now, but didn't realize they only sold them at a particular time of year. I finally got wise to them and got my cookies this year.
These are Samoas - a soft cookie with a bottom layer of chocolate, the top covered in caramel and toasted coconut and drizzled with chocolate.
I'm going to have to make a cupcake modeled after these, these are really yummy cookies!

I was never in Girl Scouts and never knew anyone in Girl Scouts, so I was totally oblivious! :D
