Fifty Fifty Crest

I got the chance to design another board for the mighty Fifty Fifty, so obviously I jumped at the chance!

I wanted something quite 'grand' and after much deliberation the idea of a crest seemed like a fun route to try... and this is the outcome!

I did some researching and made a start... from a distance it looks like the ordinary British Coat of Arms but have close look and you'll notice a few things...

~ The 2 unicorns are Danny & Syd, the owners of Fifty (Bristol's coat of arms also features 2 Unicorns. Fact)

~ They're both rocking Vans Hoofs

~ The link chain which features on the original British crest has been changed for a bike chain, a wee reference to the fact we're all into bikes aswell as boards

~ The crown has skate wheels for jewels and 2 boards for the cross

~ The shield is no longer a shield, it's bloody big skate wheel

I really really enjoyed doing this, and it was a bit of a bastard to get looking right but I'm really happy with the outcome!
