The Virgin Radio website "big screen"Simon (a member of staff) has just earned some kudos Simon's just "loved a story" That's a new VIP This is a comment to a blog or forum post (they're the same under the hood) We can watch people send each other private messages (though not read them without fiddling around in the database) mostly to guard against spam That's an email coming into the station, in green because it's from a VIP Now playing information - so we can glance at it and make sure it's right. This is for Virgin Radio Groove, our soul station The time The approval queue checks certain things before publishing them. The contact queue is the amount of incoming techie emails. Listening figures, broken up into platform, and expressed as a total %age of RAJAR (for fun) Total newsletter subscriptions The latest avatar (at a glance, to ensure we don't get porn pictures!) - this information is public, so I've not sanitized this Latest searches on the site - the numbers in brackets are the total amount of searches. Take That appears to be popular! Even if it's not live we can still see the webcam, to ensure we've got the right person marked down as on-air
Rather heavily sanatized to protect the innocent.

Nice looking display ... kind of like an electrocardiograph for the station.
