"Studying for class"

Watching an episode from season 3 of Arrested Development.

The book is Dietrich Bonhoeffer's Cost of Discipleship, and yes, I did actually do the reading for the class.

You'll have to pardon the poor quality; I had the idea and the only camera I had was on my [crappy] cameraphone.

I agree with TC-V and w8tvi but I do like how bright the screen is juxtaposed against the rest of the image.

What an excellent concept. It stands well on its own without the explanation. It's the new wave of cheating while reading.

Perfect message. Not so perfect capture. I don't think a photo like this holds up in a critique group like deleteme. It relies too much on message, too little on composition. I hate your hand in the shot, and the earbuds are a bit distracting.

I'm torn between my vote. I must deliberate more and vote later. I will further explain my vote then, if it doesn't get archived or trashed before.

haha, this reminds me of when I was told to study for SAT's and I would put a novel inside the study/guide book, and look v. studious if you just peeked in the door. As a moment, I like it, I think it's fun. As a photo, I'm just not sure, but definitely don't like it as much.
