DML: Don't remove the supports to early

DML: Don't remove the supports to early

Just standing where tracks 32 and 33 will come in place. You see to the right the platform being built. Some intermediate support columns are still visible. As they first built the roof plate, they needed some supports to dig out the earth underneath. Now the final steel columns are in place. Each of the columns is massive forged steel with a diameter of 0.60 meters.

The Durchmesserlinie (DML) is the new rail link between Oerlikon, Zürich HB and Altstetten. It includes one new tunnel, two large bridges and a four track underground station. It will cost in the end around 2'000 Mio CHF.

MW3: Step up

MW3: Step up

This is third installment of my MW project. This time on my way to the train stop for going to work. I have dropped the numbering of my shots, as I felt that it ranks them.
