Puffer fish kills large fish

I found this fish head on an island in the Yasawas, Fiji.

A large fish seems to have attempted to eat a puffer fish, which inflated, and killed the large fish with its toxin, tetrododoxin. The rest of the large fish's body has been eaten as well.
