Thunder Clouds over Lake Huron. I tried to process this one for max DR.

Dee is the true photographic artist, I am just a photographic technician. While I do take pictures, I am an engineer and more interested in dynamic range and lighting. I do a lot of the post processing on some of them. Dee and I are dear friends and will always work together. We kind of abandoned this site after the American Photography Magazine disaster they called "Top Twelve Flickr Super Stars".

We have never forgotten our Flckr friends. Dee Is just so involved with her new Gift Shop and I have been trying to overcome Myasthenia Gravis for the last two years. It is a result of being exposed to chemical weapons during Desert Storm. Most of you do not know I am retired military or that I have accrued 1,793 combat duty days. That was pretty much another life.

We wish you all the best and would like too hear from all of you. We would always be more than happy to comment on your pictures or offer suggestions if we can.

Dee is best at composition, I do best at technique. We both do it all.

We have always said "We are just picture people" and we never want to lose sight of that.

They get very little view there and I feel releived. I still work on the technique and you may see something new soon.

This is a plasma illuminated Paint chip. The light comes from the inside. It is old and I found it digging thru some old pictures. I always liked it. It could use a little work.

This is not my pic. It is the pic of a friend. I just did the tone mapping on it. This is not photoshopped, It is real. He uses my fire and smoke method in a big room and creates clouds. The effect only lasts for a few seconds. You may see my fire and smoke photos here:
