      Das Fleisch sieht etwas trocken aus, aber ansonsten nicht die schlechteste Wahl. ;-))

      Dieses Mal liegst du mit deiner Vermutung auch richtig - das Fleisch war eindeutig sehr trocken - aber mit der Sauce ging es gerade noch so.
