Egg Nog

So simple: egg, a bit of cream, a bit of honey, a bit of liquor, and a grate of nutmeg.

      Thanks!

Since my recipe above is a bit nebulous, here's how I made a recent batch:

      * Whisk 2 eggs until really fluffy. Use a mixer if you have poor whisking skills. Separate the eggs if you want more fluffiness.
      * Whisk in 2 shots of booze. I used Maker's Mark last time, but like Armagnac best.
      * Whisk in about 2 tablespoons of honey. I usually add some and taste - it should be sweet but not overbearing.
      * Whisk in a cup of heavy whipping cream.
      * Pour into glasses and grate nutmeg on top.
