Since my recipe above is a bit nebulous,
here's how I made a recent batch:
* Whisk 2 eggs until really fluffy. Use a
mixer if you have poor whisking skills.
Separate the eggs if you want more
fluffiness. * Whisk in 2 shots of booze. I used Maker's
Mark last time, but like Armagnac best. * Whisk in about 2 tablespoons of honey. I
usually add some and taste - it should be
sweet but not overbearing. * Whisk in a cup of heavy whipping cream. * Pour into glasses and grate nutmeg on top.
