Enjoying some sun

She was resting contentedly in the backyard this morning. We had some sunshine for a few minutes and she seemed to be enjoying herself. We haven't had much snow at all this winter so far - so the deer are having a much easier winter than last year.

Sea Smoke

Better viewed larger

At -19 C (or -2 F) there was lots of sea smoke on the Bay of Fundy this morning.

Light painting 1

I think I did it...I had to rig a flashlight to a small funnel that was blacked out with painter's tape to be able to get a narrow enough beam, but I liked the effect. I think I need a better flashlight. :)
