But wouldn't you know it -- just as the sky was clearing, a grass fire began across the highway #842 from the Historical Park, causing concern it might come toward us -- so everyone packed up telescopes early ready for a quick exit. So while some people were able to look at Saturn, the observing night had to be cut short. Life on the prairies! Still, it was a great evening.
