At last... I have four cruciate ligaments

good hospital policy to draw a big arrow on the leg to be operated on.
At last... I have four cruciate ligaments by itsjustanalias.
and an arrow on my right leg...

Strobistery: One SB-28 through a white umbrella up and left (on half power) and a short-snooted SB-25 (new purchase) to highlight the affected leg. Unfortunately very limited mobility to arrange a creative shot... oh, and, yes I really am that pale, gelling the flash would have left me looking jaundiced (I've tried).

Not a bad idea to draw or to leave a mark in the part of the body that has to be operated.... there have been many cases in which surgeons operate the wrong leg (or a wrong side of the body).
Probably they did an arthroscopy. So the rehabilitation (physical therapy) shouldn't be so hard. :-)

Lou, that's a fine idea. I can see only two tiny problems with it. One: we're not going to be in S America so you'll need to come to Europe (football's a winter sport anyway) and two: I am the very definition of rubbish at football.

As I say, tiny problems...
