Just a quick process right out of Lightroom 2 of the portrait shoot I had this afternoon.

Strobist:
ST-E2 in High-Speed sync eTTL Mode on 5D with RadioPopper transmitter.
580ex II (A Group) to camera left with 40" umbrella softbox and RadioPopper receiver
580ex II (B Group) to camera right bare with RadioPopper receiver
A:B Ratio was 3:1

The Radio Popper let me shoot at f3.2 at 1/320s... well beyond sync speed.
