I think the admin of this should see if what
k.lyn.kobik says is true. I did go to that
site and the same photos are there posted
under a different photographer. Perhaps they
are the same photographer but 2 accounts
Still this needs to be addressed and the
admin should post here what the situation is.
I agree! The flickr admin people should look
into it and take action...any idiot can see
that the original was uploaded years earlier
by a completely different person, however,
after I sent them my complaint they basically
said that they aren't going to do anything
about it unless they get a complaint directly
from the actual owner of the photo. You'd
think the people who run "almost
certainly the best online photo management
and sharing application in the world"
would have an inkling of how important
copyright infringement should be to all
photographers. I guess the members who
upload everything with a huge watermark
across it are the smart ones.
