New Polymer Clay Flower Canes by Iris Mishly - איריס משלי.

There is a real pleasure doing these flower canes, I call them "Multi-Puspose Flower Cane", they can be used both as a flower cane and as a regular round cane with background, just choose any background color, add 6 triangles, reduce in size, and you have a whole new different design!

Wonderful!!! I have a question: how did you reduce your cane when you want to maintain the flower form or leaf form without a "rounded" coloured background? I mean, for example with flowers, I'd like to do flower canes without a background... so then i could put them in any work without problems!
I've tried with translucent white fimo but it remains a bit visible... Can you help me?

Mika, you asked me about my flower canes, well i make them at the final size, no reducing, only cutting to beads :) when i want to make a smaller flower cane i reduce the middle&petals canes smaller and build the cane.... hope this helped :)
