DNA purification![]() ![]() This is 3 of 12 in a series on protein engineering. These are illustrations I made in high school for a senior project presentation combining art & biotechnology. I spent a year interning in a biochemistry lab at KU Medical Center.
After mutant plasmids are successfully made, the DNA must be purified from the fragments of original plasmid and other irrelevant stuff floating around.
