It's two weeks before Christmas and we're still harvesting stuff from the garden! WOO HOO! We had a break in our busy Sunday today to enjoy a tasty lunch of stir-fry made from fresh-picked baby boc choy, tatsoi, mustard greens, and braising mix. And we had six tiny heads of lettuce to enjoy with dinner. There's nothing like harvesting greens in the shadow of our garden fence's traditional Christmas wreaths.
