Stuffins

    Schnookie saw a suggestion in the NYT this week to make stuffing in muffin tins, so everyone gets ample crusty bites of stuffing. GENIUS! We had had too much champagne by the end of dinner to be able to say "stuffing muffins", so now we call them "stuffins".
