I had the day off because we were supposed to go into NYC to get another visa for Schnookie's boss. The boss didn't make the appointment, so that photo excursion has been put off two weeks. Instead of traipsing around the AMNH and having a champagne lunch, we went grocery shopping and ate at an otherwise empty pizzeria.

that's a bummer about the canceled AMNH trip... but it sounds like fun in any case. Plus the weather would have made traipsing around the city kind of a bummer.
