It was a troublesome night in the kitchen because the big oven was determined to be broken (the repairman mentioned "sparks shooting everywhere" and then left) putting a major spoke in the roasted chicken with roasted sides dinner plan. So after much deliberation, the drastic decision to switch the traditional Pasta and Wine Night from Saturday to Thursday. MADNESS! Pasta on Thursday and chicken on Saturday?! We might be onto something life altering here!
