So what is there to a friendship
for you to say
"let's take it slow"

For, forever all we had-
energy is destroyed.

Now,

there is forever nothing.

So what is there in a friendship,
except you and I-

All we had.

You kissed my nape
i shuddered inside,
for a feeling of self worth spread all throughout me
i eased back into your arms
kissed your chin, and you whispered
contrary to your thoughts
I think we are meant to be
curiosity is meddled in our jest
to this day we please with words and compliments
i stayed huddled in your arms
right now, there were no regrets
you will be loved, we took those chances
and it lasts forever.

Why chase that which is not for you... I do mean something or someone who is not with you.
