Can you help? My K2 Sidebar Manager is screwy

I'm running WordPress 2.7, with K2 RC7 theme with "K2 Disable Widgets plugin". The Sidebar Manager appears squished and unusable as shown :(

To take full advantage of Flickr, you should use a JavaScript-enabled browser and
install the latest version of the Macromedia Flash Player.

Problem Solved!
When upgrading, for some reason the javascript folder doesn't copy over (e.g. permissions problem).
