This is an European Lynx. It's endangered as hell(not that endangered, but still), mostly because humans are idiots.
It looks all cute, but you should have seen it attack me when I had my lens practically glued to the fence. Priceless. I took one shot of that moment; it became blurry but I might post it, along with a shot illustrating how much yoga-like I had to be to be able to shoot this :D
I'm quite excited that this photo turned out like this - especially when using a macro lens!

Tirando as orelhinhas que foram cortadas, está uma excelente fotografia :-)

Oh wow, this is fantastic. The lighting is so calm, if that makes sense

@Tiago: o bicho tem as orelhas bastante compridas (daqui a dois dias meto outro shot em que dá para ver bem isso), perdia o impacto do close-up :)

You should try to shoot one in the wild, Poland still has these running around in the forests :)
Shame his ears aren't in the pic cause they are his defining characteristics as you know, now he just looks like a kitty kat.
You have any pics with his ears?

@mikolajmacioszek: yup. I'll post it today or tomorrow, stay tuned ;)
The way I usually like to get close to animals (even though in these cases we are separated by a fence) I think shooting this guy out in the wild with a 105mm would take me to a hospital bed (with luck) :D

I like how the image only captures a fraction of the frame, leaving mystery.
