Crocheted guns

An old piece I've made in 1998.
For the record; I don't like guns.

Amazing. I like the juxtaposition between the weapon and the feminine craft.

May I blog this on Boing Boing?

Also: can you tell me if you consider this crocheted or tatted?

      Thanks,

These are amazing! Do you still have them? If so I'd love to purchase them or pay you to make another set.

      Dear Meredith1488 & siodemers
Thank you for your nice respons! :)
This piece is very old. I made it in 1998 and it has been on several exhibitions. It is very fragile now. I don't have any possibility to make another set unfortunately because I don't have the guns that I took the mold from. This is also why I can't give anyone a pattern that works, because you would need the exact same pair of guns to use as a starch mold. I crocheted this freehand and didn't make a pattern as I made it.
I have a post on my blog where I try to explain the technique in the comments so you can try to make your own starched project like this.
