Bayley Hazen Blue Cheese from Jasper Hill Farms

I'm not usually a big fan of blue cheese (I'm a little afraid of food that bites back), but this blue cheese was irresistible. It has a little of that blue bite, but not in frightening quantities. A gentle, but interestingly flavored blue.

Part of my loot from the Unfancy Food Show in Williamsburg.
