• Something about that area feels slightly unbalanced.
  • What I love most is that the string (not really the right word. My English isn't working today, which is a shame as it is my native language) looks white on the dark parts and dark on the light parts.

I am madly in love with my SX-70. Madly. I just wish I'd had it around for 'Roid Week!

PolaPremium had an awesome Black Friday sale. Since the SX-70 film ships from their US warehouse, I got loads more film than I ever expected I would have bought. I have a remaining 47 shots of SX-70 film around (compared to just 20 Spectra!), but I am still quite anxiously awaiting the release of the Impossible Project B&W 600 film next year.

I immediately loaded some of my Fade to Black in the camera and then freaked out. There's something absolutely daunting about that film. Now that I've done it once, I think I'm ready to get going with it. These are my Kallt lights. (And it is quite kallt - by my standards - here in the Bay, so it seems fitting.)

If you'd like to know more about the whole development &c., I've wrote about my experience with F2B here.

Stories from the city., marco rubini, and 153 other people added this photo to their favorites.

i'm considering buying a polaroid, and this recent interest is almost entirely inspired by the things I've seen in your photostream.

Haunting, beautiful image. God, to think I had an SX-70 back in the 1970's. It was faux wood grain. I would love to shoot polaroids, but the film is just too expensive for my taste at this point.

Happy New Year to you too!

I have to say I think polapremium is a sort of exploitation of what's left... overall there is no doubt you know how to use the pola greatly, because an awesome shot like this need passion and skill to come out so good, brava!
