Another shot with Danielle Turner from Model Mayhem. This image is actually
a shot between shots. The main image of the model was caught after we had just done a take and she relaxed and looked down and I snapped a couple of shots. I think took powder from 2 other images and created this final composite of the 3 shots. Let me know how you think I did in the comments. Press the letter "L" to see on black.

Strobist: this was a mix of strobe and Flourescent lights. 1 Profoto acute b 600r in a 3'x4 softbox directly overhead. 2 1000watt lowell lights 1 camera right and 1 camera left about 3ft from the model.1 profoto acute b 600r behind and camera left shooting thru the powder and creating a highlight on the right side of the face. I also had a silver reflector under the models face to soften the shadows. Triggered by pocketwizards. I also recommend a damp cloth to with your gear down every so often because the powder gets on everything!

A shot with Danielle Turner form Model Mayhem. We were playing around in the studio with powder and wanted to create a feeling of her make-up being blown on to her face. I will be posting one more from this series when I get it edited.

I was going back through some old shoots and found this shot from my shoot with Solange Gunier. I met Solange when she we worked together for Tina Turner. She was one of Tina's amazing dancers. I really liked this shot so I thought I would do a re-edit of it.
