Fun with lights
We've kept the christmas spirit alive in our household by keeping the tree up (lazy). However, I knew today would be the day for the takedown, so I decided to play with the lights last night. Fun :)

When the stars align
Did some Lightroom library management and it seems lightroom removed a bunch of uploads here. I was planning on using this as my 'shot of 2011' anyway so here it is again ;) Description below is from the previous upload:
Everything seemed to align for this one: Rachel was in a 'take my picture' mood, which is rare, and the light was awesome (natural light; a bit of reflector from my house bouncing late-day light). It all amounts to what may be my favorite shot of 2011 (so far).
