hty lost fundraiser

cast members from abc's series "lost" lent their talents to reading of the honolulu theatre for youth's plays for next season as a fundraiser for hty. at a reception following the reading, the lost cast kindly did a meet and greet with fans.

henry ian cusick (desmond david hume) with another fan. had to post this one because there was another *more* famous face also in the picture.

the honolulu advertiser reported today that the lost cast helped to raise $20,000 for the honolulu theatre for youth.

Kinda funny, too, is that because of the problems I was having getting a good flash exposure (and that I have to edit on a monitor that's dimmer than reality on it's brightest settings), it almost looks as if I did a Photoshop job and added you in there. But, in reality, you were there and that's the shot.

I have another one I didn't finish editing of you and Michael Emerson talking. I don't know what you were telling him the but expression on his face is priceless.

Forgive me, I'm among the "Lost-impaired". I didn't know till my wife told me yesterday (and she only knows because a co-worker told her) that Michale Emerson's character on the show is a bad guy. You certainly wouldn't have thought so from the HTY readings he did. Shows what good actors they are!

Of course, she's famous! I mean, I know Photo Mama a whole lot more than any of the Lost cast! Before Sunday, the only actors that I'd heard of were Jorge (yes, NOT Jose) Garcia and Daniel Dae Kim.

It was fun and a lot more interesting an event than I initially thought. As I was mentioning the Jamie Lang, it *almost* makes me want to get back into live stage work.
