Anthony Saunders from the 1-505th Parachute Infantry Regiment during a medical assistance mission for the local residents of Keyki, Afghanistan, July 29, 2002. The medical assistance mission was conducted as a reward for the local residents for not interfering with United States forces that are conducting a sensitive site exploration in the caves surrounding the town.
