Macromitrium hemitrichodes, possibly

Macromitrium hemitrichodes, possibly

From Flora of Australia, Vol 51: "The leaves have a characteristic 'crook' when dry with the costa bending and the apex bent downwards and exposed to the side of the leaf." I think that's what I've caught in this shot. It is the most common moss in the NE of NSW and the SE of Qld, but difficult to distinguish without mature capsules. . . . . . photo KR
