Today I hiked the Grouse Grind for the 7th time this season. The Grind is a legendary hike straight up the front of Grouse Mtn, it is a 2.9km climb with an elevation gain of 853 meters (2,800ft). Yeah. They don't call it "Nature's Stairmaster" for nothing.
