The greatest birthday cake

So yesterday was my birthday. It also happened to be the day that my bike's front wheel got stuck in the cable car track, causing me to fly over the handlebars and rip a large opening in my left hip. So I spent the better part of the day getting stitches (actually, staples). Thank goodness for awesome friends with access to a laser cutter: this is the birthday cake they brought over last night to cheer me up! Please note the front wheel of the bike being stuck in the chocolate "track", and that the candles spell "contusion". I have the best friends!
