Aufgrund in vorrauseilendem Gehorsam sicherlich missverstandenem angeblichen Haftungsrecht von Foren werden Benutzern mit deutschem Yahoo-Account Bilder vorenhalten, die Dritte als "offending" markiert haben.
Das sind dann beispielsweise Bilder von Graffitys mit dem Wort "Fuck" (Hello Admin, I wrote - pssst "Fuck"!). Oder Katzenbilder. Oder Aktaufnahmen. Oder egal!
My message to the flickr staff:
I am, as german user, now just a little bit angry, because it is really a pity, that I can flag fotos as offending, but I have no possibility to flag them as DEGENERATED.
I payed for this account - with credit card: so I am adult and flickr do not have to tell me, what I should see or not, espacially when I am logged in!
And, dear staff member: I migrated now to Libertyville, IA. I´ll protest from there now.
