I love the green chorizo....especially the chorizo verde from Toluca. The one I had, had raisins and almonds in it. Some of the best chorizo of any color.
The photo makes my mouth water!

Finally finding time to Flickr---busy making friends with xolo Zempa. We were lucky to travel through La Marquesa twice this week, and it is both beautiful and delicious, as always. So glad to find your photo of the marvelous chorizo that seems to taste better from the puestos there. Sending abrazos from Mexico!
