This is the same adapter outside of my boat I Use the MARINCO adapter w/ regular heavy duty cable ( yellow) .The only thing Im worried about, is charging my boat for long time ,and turn into ELECTROLYSIS lol (decomposition of water (H2O) into oxygen (O2) and hydrogen gas (H2) due to an electric current being passed through the water. ..) even if I got new zinc plate underneath the boat .

Looks like a Hubble HBL4700. That would be a NEMA L5-15R. Standard 15A/125V receptacle, but a locking connector. You can tell it's an L5 by the interior facing lock in a counter clockwise direction and that it's 125V by the small diameter. BTW, >15A locking connectors are never duplexed, so you know for sure it's 15A . If you were desperate for a charge, you could've gone MacGyver on it! :) Just remember, GND is always the locking pin and most laptop adapters are polarity adjusting.
