Empty store in Stavely, Alberta.

I'd love to buy a place like this one day and fix it up into a sweet studio of sorts.

Nanton

Nanton

Nanton is a town in southern Alberta, Canada. Nanton was named after Sir Augustus Meredith Nanton, of Winnipeg (1860–1925) who directed firms that offered financing for farms and ranches throughout the west.

The Canadian Grain Elevator Discovery Centre is a set of restored grain elevators located in the centre of Nanton. The "Save One" society's goal is to preserve examples of old grain elevators to educate visitors about the town's, and Alberta's, agricultural history.

I stopped in at an amazing antique store in Nanton. The building must have been a shop or restaurant before, maybe even a saloon with flats on the top floor. As you went through the plethora of antiques you could see where the kitchens, main rooms and bedrooms were. I would have loved to see those spots back in the early 1900s.

I found these in a small corner on the top floor, there are five in the box. 3D glasses from the early 40s. Even though I'm so against 3D films, I couldn't pass these things up.
