My Breakfast 12/18/2011

Baked Swedish puff pancake with Michigan pure maple syrup, two slices of bacon and a cup of strong hot black coffee.
4 eggs, 1 tsp salt, 1 1/2 cups milk, 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 stick butter
Slightly beat eggs; just until all one color. Add milk and just blend in flour (don't try to get out all the lumps). Preheat oven to 400°. Melt 1/2 stick butter in hot 9 x 13 inch cake pan, pour batter into hot pan and bake 23 to 25 minutes. Serve with Syrup or other topping just as you would pancakes. Serves 4
A breakfast favorite in our household for many years. Quick and easy to make.
We originally got this recipe about 40 years ago from a northern Minnesota Swedish friend.
