Bridget Gardener, from the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, said that she is particularly impressed by the dedication of the volunteers of the Myanmar Red Cross Society. "One woman was in urgent need of a blood transfusion. The volunteers got on their bikes and went out to get living blood.
