Unconditional Kindness

Unconditional Kindness by idatewe.
In the early morning sometimes I forgo the bike ride to work and walk 45 minutes to my office in downtown Calgary. On the way I pass by an old post war bungalow occupied by an elderly women. The kind you see everywhere in Calgary's inner city. The house needs work but it's surrounded front and back by flowers. Every now and again I would see a jar or pot of flowers sitting on the sidewalk as I passed by. At first I thought some one had been forgetful but then there were little signs offering the flowers to passersby. An unconditional act of kindness.

That is sweet! And wonderful to see the effort of a small token to brighten a pedestrian's day in the hustle bustle of Calgary
