panasonic dmc-tz7 under the train

No Panasonic camera was harmed during shooting ) Though I can imagine my black Lumix getting really scared )

I wanted to preserve the original data processed by the camera, so no filters or complex editing here—just a couple of simple cuts and speed change. Cooked in iMovie.

One can see the clouds' 'development' during the first 10 seconds of the clip as that's the cut with the increased speed. The camera falls from the small stone I put it on on the 12th second, thus the angle change. It's also interesting to see how the ground 'breathes' (goes up and down) under the heavy carriages passing by.

Exactly, Ollif ) It was lucky the train was so short—only the locomotive and 3 or 4 wagons. Thanks for the comment!

Yes, KhE, I guess I should try it.

At the same time it seems the angle change was a lucky thing to happen. It brought more light inside as the space between the rails and the wagons increased. This resulted in wagon's underbellies lit pretty well. You can see what I'm talking about if you compare the 11th and, say, the 16th second of the clip. Well, Flickr does the countdown, so it's 29th and 24th second respectively.
