Stunning image. I see that you witnessed the
brilliant clarity of the stars and a view of
the milky way similar to what I saw a month
ago. I tried your magic cloth trick the other day
and it works perfectly. For lenses that cant
fit filters it is extremely useful. I will try it when shooting Aurora too this
winter.
I read up on the magic cloth technique on
your website and am looking forward to giving
it a go myself using a 10 stop ND. This photo
is outstanding. There's an incredible amount
of detail in the Milkyway. Wonderful work!
