Iceland Aurora (Photo Tours)'s photostream

I usually focus on Glacier Ice on this beach, but this image is dominated by a slab of Lake ice, from the Glacier lagoon.

Love to be able to pull the colours from these winter morning shots.

A rather subdued post from me perhaps. This is a hand stitched pano made from 6 vertical frames using my Zeiss 50mm.

Lots of detail here so I uploaded a 2000 pixel version for you to look at if you go to the original size.

I saw sea shells sitting on the sea shore - except these were not an eye-sore they were delicious glacial ice chunks!!

Lets just say that this shot got me stranded! Always check to see if the tide is coming in or going out!
