Week#28/52:Silly face

Lately when I ask Karim to pose for the camera he makes silly faces like this one ..
This was taken with [canon 50mm 1.8 lens] ,I haven't used this lens for some times and I almost forgot how gorgeous this lens is .. especially with children .. I will use it more in the future for sure..

Week#27:52:Would you like ...?

We were having a food session yesterday for a project I'm working on and I used my nephew (AbdUl-Rahim) as a model .The original idea shows only his hands with the plates .. you can see we can't use his face with such a hair cut .. likely he will have a hair cut by 2morrow .. I don't think he wants to shock the French people on Saturday ..:) otherwise he is my sweat nephew who you can reply on and he is my son's friend ..who is loved by every body in the family .
P.S: I've used Digital photographer action pack for processing.

Strobist:2 speedlights in shot through umbrella at 45 degree right and left .The right one was high above the model .

Any one have any answer to this ..

I'm very upset .. I've just got my Canon 5d mark II ..but from the moment I took my first test shots .. there was this line ..
Adorama offered a refund to me .. but I need to now if there is a solution..

ANY help is appreciated .
