Inconsiderate parking.
Why are these cars not getting tickets? It's a struggle to walk past, never mind if you've got a pram.
Grrr. Just peed me off today - parking in the NCP 100 yards up the road is £1 on a Sunday. This lot blocked the pavement for people, and the road for cars.
