Blue Hour.. Capitol has scaffolding (though it's covered in white fabric nicely) on the base of the dome. So, a different angle.

Have a number of others.. will see if I can get time this eve to post.

The lighting here was difficult without a tripod. I carted one to California with me then left it in my bag on the few times I got out. Oh well. Still a sight to see and I managed to snag a few keepers I think.

...Thanksgiving trip to visit family...

I did manage to get a few minutes of sightseeing in. It's been a few years since I was there last -- time flies. If I was on my own this probably would not have been the spot I hit given the time (the sun was beaming down on the other part of the bridge as seen from the Marin Headlands (we headed there briefly after). The shadow was kind of cool though.

Oh yeah, I got a new camera last month!
