wonder if its someones art project... have a decent chunk of change and you too can put anything you want up on that billboard... i think maybe there are some decency issues though... like no public display of porn.

Okay so my two aunts saw this billboard a few years ago... and told my uncle to check it out a few weeks later and it was gone....My aunt is visiting from michigan and just told me that he say the billboard again but now it is in Fenton, Micighan. And told her daughter to check it out and it was gone a few DAYS later. CREEPY!!!
