Rural Library Director's jobs

One of the librarians I work with outlined all the different jobs she does, so show to her board of trustees. It's a little hard to read but the color blocks are all different sections like collection development, reference, etc.

That is amazing! I've noticed executives often don't understand how many different skills people may be using to do their jobs. They have such a simplistic view of their employees.
